Decision by commetee

Deciding by commetee reminds me of trying to race a car when several people are trying to decide when to change a gear.

Compromising (the essence of team work) is the #1 killer of products.

If everyone in the room agrees then the product is boring and not innovative.

The design of the product is subjective as well and it shouldn't be submitted to butchery and corner cutting of the commetee. Either your lead designer is great or you should find a better person.
