In a similar fashion to limiting the content on mobile devices, the number of columns should adjusted:

✓ *full site: 3 columns
✓ extra large tablet: 2-3 columns
✓ large tablet: 2 columns
✓ *high resolution phone: 1 column
✓ medium phone: 1 column, limited content
✓ small phone: 1 column, very limited content
