Healthy stuff

With so few things going "healthy" in my life now, at least the food
has improved, but as Igor (my cousin) wrote today, it sucks to eat
alone.

I got a blender yesterday: banana milk shake with a couple cherries
and much sugar baby!!! Ha ha, sounds bad, taste awesome.
