Welcome to Uki D. Lucas' technical blog! 

Currently, Uki is an engineering manager @ Canoo.com, responsible for the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving (AD) features.

Previously, Uki was an ADAS/AD Senior Manager and System Architect at Harman, a Samsung company.

In the distant past, Uki worked as a senior software consultant for CNH (a FIAT industrial company) on Android-based-display vehicle controls for tractors and precision farming implements. 
























Uki is passionate about AI | Automation | and Robotics and spends his free time training various machine learning models and writing posts about them.

Away from computers, he loves mountains, sailing, and nature in general.


His interests range from cultural anthropology and biology to genetics.


He is a committed bookworm with a huge library, in addition, he constantly listens to non-fiction audiobooks and educational podcasts.
